In our technologically advanced society, we need to remember to instill some of the social graces which so greatly benefitted us in the past. In order for our society to continue to thrive, we must not forget to display some genuine empathy for others.
Convenience has made us want all things immediately, taken away the calmness of patience. We live in a fast paced world, always scurrying, rushing, and multitasking. Fast is not always correct. In our hast to do and be, we miss the important lessons of life.
This body of work will hopefully remind us of some of the more basic life instincts; this things that once meant so much to us; love, patience, tolerance, and understanding. These qualities allow us to live in harmony as a society.
In this world of turmoil, economic instability, and general unrest we must rely on our social skills to keep us from turning on one another.
